🌟 5/5 Stars: An Unforgettable Night with Smokey Robinson! Seeing the legendary Smokey Robinson live at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga was an absolutely amazing, unforgettable experience. The outdoor venue was breathtaking as the sun went down, providing the perfect, relaxed atmosphere to enjoy some timeless Motown soul. Smokey was completely captivating, delivering hits like "Cruisin'" with a voice that remains remarkably smooth and strong. The entire crowd was on their feet, dancing and singing along to every word. Beyond the spectacular performance, a heartfelt thank you goes out to The Mountain Winery for their outstanding support of veterans. Seeing them genuinely give back and make a difference in our lives made an already magical evening feel truly special. It was a perfect night of brilliant music, unmatched energy, and deep gratitude!

As a University of Arizona alumnus, it was especially exciting to attend my first Aggie game and watch them take on our rival school. Texans weren’t kidding when they said that “college football is more than just a game—it’s a lifestyle!” Experiencing the energy, traditions, and atmosphere of an Aggie game in person was something I’ll never forget. I’m truly grateful to Vet Tix for making this experience possible. Yankee connections: On this date, September 12, 1960 exactly 66 years ago, my mother and her 3 sons landed at Idlewild (JFK) airport for a overdue reunion with our father, I was 12. On October 13, my father's birthday, Bill Mazeroski hit a walkoff homerun to beat the Yankees in game 7. Since our Superstar ball player Roberto Clemente was from Carolina, PR the town we had just left, we were Pirate fans then. In 1961, M&M boys lit up the sport pages nationwide and I started High School less than half a mile from Yankee Stadium, the year I and one of my brothers became Yankee fans. Next, for his 10th birthday, I took my son to his first game in 1983 and he is a devoted fan still as are his 2 sons, all appear in the photo. Imagine a Yankee fan attending Optometry School in Boston? Yikes! Next, 1998, still in Boston, my son tearfully calls after game 7 from a pay phone at a local bar. The curse of the Babe was still intact, so the hostile patrons had choice words for me. They would later use them to rename Buckey "F" Dent and Aaron Boone! Next, The best for last on September 4, 1999, the MC at my son's wedding introduced the ushers and bridesmaids at the venue. Suddenly, the voices of Michael Kay and John Sterling came on introducing the couple as husband and wife for the first time. It ended with John Sterlings famous, "Adam wins, Adam winsssss." Everyone is still searching for them? I've taken a roundabout way to thank Joe Pasternack and his family for how incredibly grateful I am that I can leave this memory to my son and 2 of my 4 grandsons. I could never have afforded this on my own, it is "Priceless." In March of 2021, i was diagnosed with a terminal disease called IBM, a twin brother to ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease, possibly Agent Orange related, and and my time is indeed limited. I can only promise you that I will find little ways to pay it forward. "A Hero's Wish" on Vettix would be perfect. I served in Vietnam in 68-69. God Bless You

Subject: A Sincere Thank You – San Francisco Giants vs. San Diego Padres, September 12, 2026 To the Vet Tix Team and the San Francisco Giants Organization, I am writing this note to express my profound gratitude for the incredible opportunity to attend the San Francisco Giants versus San Diego Padres game at Oracle Park on September 12, 2026. Receiving these tickets through Vet Tix was an unexpected and deeply appreciated gesture that provided an unforgettable experience. There are few places as revitalizing as Oracle Park. Sitting in the stands, hearing the crack of the bat, the roar of the crowd, and taking in the breathtaking views of the Bay, provided me with a level of clarity and peace that has been hard to come by lately. For me, baseball is more than just a game; it serves as a powerful outlet for my mental health. Being present in that atmosphere allowed me to step away from the stressors of daily life, reconnect with the energy of the community, and simply focus on the joy of the sport. It was a day of genuine restoration, and I cannot thank you enough for making that possible. I believe that supporting the organizations that support us is vital. Because of the generosity shown by the Giants organization, I made sure to fully immerse myself in the game day experience. It was my pleasure to support the team by purchasing food, enjoying refreshments, and browsing the team store. I also want to extend a special thank you for the 50% discount on outerwear—it was a fantastic perk that made the experience even better, and I am now the proud owner of a new jacket that I will wear with pride. Programs like Vet Tix bridge the gap between veterans and the community in such a meaningful way. A BIG thank you to Vet Tix and Phoenix Theatre for giving us an afternoon we won’t soon forget! Les Misérables is no small undertaking, but this cast made carrying the weight of revolution, romance, heartbreak, and redemption look almost effortless. Almost! The acting was especially impressive. These performers didn’t simply deliver lines and hit their marks—they disappeared into their characters and pulled us right along with them. That kind of acting makes you forget you’re sitting in a theater… until you remember to applaud! The emotion was raw, the performances were powerful, and the cast brought layer upon layer to this legendary story. There were moments that were heartbreaking, moments that gave us chills, and plenty that reminded us why live theater has a magic all its own. Bravo to the cast and crew for a production filled with passion, powerhouse performances, and plenty of theatrical brilliance! And truly, a big, grateful round of applause to Vet Tix and Phoenix Theatre. Thank you for opening the curtain to experiences like this for veterans and their families. We are so appreciative! 🎭👏❤️

After working with the football team for two years and basketball team for one year as a student athletic trainer after I got out of the service I try to come to as many games as possible. My daughters and I really appreciate the generosity. As you can see I have my one year old, and this is her very first game so this is very special to all of us.
