The Phoenix Symphony
Thank you, Vet Tix, The Orpheum Theatre, Sponsor APS, The Phoenix Symphony Presents Phoenix Pops Series Summer Breeze: Yacht Rock Classics, Conductor Stuart Chafetz, Vocalists Brie Cassil, Jesse Nager, and Tony Vincent, all the volunteers, and your fantastic crews, vendors, and staffs for such a magnificent show! It was our third visit to The Orpheum, which is the most beautiful, opulent venue to which we have ever been. The theatre is absolutely gorgeous with its guilded gold facade girding the stage, scenic painted walls, and purple star-studded ceiling. We had great seats in Orchestral Section B, Row 22, Seats 1-4, on the right side facing the stage. There are no bad seats in the house, though. The venue has ample restrooms and a decent, reasonably- priced snack and beverage bar. The Orpheum Overview described the show as follows: "Set sail on a musical journey where the smooth sounds of the ’70s and ’80s come to life in a unique orchestral experience. Let the elegant strings and brassy sounds sweep you away as this concert blends together the lush harmonies and iconic melodies of yacht rock legends like Hall & Oates, Toto, Christopher Cross, The Doobie Brothers, Jimmy Buffett and Steely Dan." What was cool about this performance was rather than having a regular band accompaniment, it was led by The Phoenix Symphony. This was a first for us at a Yacht Rock concert, but, man, did it work! The sound was so much more full. What was a double bonus for me is Tony Vincent, who I used to listen to when he was just starting out, in the early 90s, was one of the singers. As for the music, you can't beat The Phoenix Symphony. The singers had powerful, melodic voices that wove a spectacular song selection into a tapestry of symphonic elegance with angelic harmony! It it an amazing must-experience dream that floats to a rapturous, heavenly, movie-like scene that unfolds with pure, familiar, musical magic. This was a fun, entertaining presentation! We absolutely loved it! Again, thank you, Vet Tix, The Phoenix Symphony Presents Phoenix Pops Series Summer Breeze: Yacht Rock Classics, Conductor Stuart Chafetz, Vocalists Brie Cassil, Jesse Nager, and Tony Vincent, all the volunteers, and your splendid crews, vendors, and teams for such an incredible concert! We, veterans, active duty military personnel, first responders, family and friends truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You rock! Sincerely, Chuck

Union Stage Presents
Thank you to Union Stage Presents for the tickets to see a great American singer/songwriter, Steve Forbert at Jammin’ Java! I have an early Forbert CD purchased many years ago during my first tour in the Navy, so seeing him live brought back some fond memories. And tonight I got to meet him after the show and have him sign that (now classic) CD! With gratitude from an old Sailor.

“The DREAMBOATS - A performance promising non-stop dancing and timeless exuberance”. This is an understatement! The Dreamboats provided a performance which brought the rock ‘n’ roll music of the 50’s and 60’s to the Arizona Musicfest stage and took the audience and these two 78 year olds back to their teens!!! Thank you Arizona Musicfest for a perfect afternoon.

Thank you, Vet Tix, Highlands Church, Arizona Musicfest (2025-2026 Concert Series), The Dreamboats: Bringin' Back Good Ol' 50's Rock N' Roll, the Rangers (law enforcement), all volunteers, and your fantastic staffs for such a magnificent show and great evening! It was something like my wife's and my twelfth visit to Highlands Church. I don’t know about our friends. It is truly a lovely campus. The auditorium configuration is awesome. We had great seats in Section 7, Row V, Seats 4-7, on the right side facing the stage. There are no bad seats in the house. The venue has ample restrooms and a decent, reasonably-priced snack bar. I commend Highlands for hosting immense talent and some of the best performances we have ever seen and heard. We were not familiar with The Dreamboats or their show, although I was captivated by the 50s and 60s theme when music became important to me. We were pleasantly surprised! That 4-piece, high-energy, be-bop, band rocked the house down with such well-known hip tunes. Their gyrations, antics, vocals, and instrumentals had the place partying like there was no tomorrow. They made those instruments sing just like them as did the audience. I appreciated the costumes and spiffy dance moves from yesteryear. The big screen flashed scenes of Vegas, various images of their road trips, pics of Beatles' concerts, the intro to 2001: A Space Odyssey, surfing and beach videos. The Arizona Musicfest/Highlands Church website describes the show as follows: "Dive into a musical time machine with The Dreamboats as they bring back the magic of classic, original rock ‘n’ roll! Infusing the timeless sounds of the ’50s and ’60s with fresh, contemporary energy, this Canadian quartet promises an evening of non-stop dancing, nostalgic melodies, and electrifying entertainment. From the spirited rhythms of Chuck Berry to the infectious charm of The Wonders, The Dreamboats revive the golden age of rock and roll, making you fall in love with these classic tunes all over again. Experience the heartthrob appeal and electric energy reminiscent of icons like Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, Buddy Holly, and more—brought to life" Wow! This is a must-see show! Including a short intermission, this fun, kooky, entertaining concert lasted two hours. Afterward, the band graciously met with their fans in the lobby. I can't speak highly enough about the experience. Again, thank you, Vet Tix, Highlands Church, Arizona Musicfest (2025-2026 Concert Series), The Dreamboats: Bringin' Back Good Ol' 50's Rock N' Roll, the Rangers (law enforcement), all volunteers, and your terrific teams for putting on such a marvelous concert! We, veterans, active duty lmilitary personnel, first responders, family and friends truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You rock! Sincerely, Chuck

Thank you VetTix for providing low cost tickets so my family can go to the magic show. With 4 kids and all the expenses that come along, it is hard to committ to family fun outside the house. Your organization makes this so much more possible and let's my kids get a well rounded and eventful childhood. I tell every vet I know about VetTix and fully support your mission.
