TERMS OF USE

Please be advised that certain provisions of our Terms of Use have been updated. By proceeding with your login and accessing our system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth below.

PROHIBITION ON SALE OF TICKETS

Under no circumstance shall the recipient sell or attempt to sell any tickets provided by the Veteran Tickets Foundation for any monetary value. The recipient acknowledges that all tickets listed on the Veteran Tickets Foundation platform have been donated exclusively for the personal use of currently serving military personnel, veterans, and their immediate families. The recipient further understands that in the event of any sale or attempted sale of these tickets, the appropriate authorities, including the recipient's chain of command if currently serving, will be duly notified. The recipient also acknowledges that if donated tickets are discovered on third-party resale platforms, in newspapers, on Craigslist, offered as raffle prizes, or similar venues, such tickets will be immediately voided and rendered unusable. It is understood that any violation of this stipulation will result in the immediate and indefinite suspension of the recipient's account.

PROHIBITION ON TRANSFER OF TICKETS, POSTING OF TICKETS ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The recipient shall not list any tickets provided by the Veteran Tickets Foundation as available to any individual on any social media platform. In the event that the recipient is unable to attend an event, they will utilize the provided "I cannot attend" link to explore potential alternative options. Furthermore, the recipient agrees not to list any extra tickets online. It is understood that all tickets provided are intended solely for the use of the recipient and their guest. The recipient acknowledges that if it comes to the attention of the Veteran Tickets Foundation that they have attempted to offer or have given away tickets on any social media platform, their account will be subject to suspension.

PROHIBITION ON DIRECT CONTACT WITH VENUES, TEAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS

The recipient shall not directly contact teams, organizations, or venues regarding their events, tickets, or will-call location inquiries, including on the day of the event or in person at the venue. The recipient is directed to consult the disclaimer provided on each event listing for clarification. The recipient understands that if it comes to the attention of the Veteran Tickets Foundation that they have contacted any entity other than the Veteran Tickets Foundation Customer Support concerning tickets, coupons, or events listed on the Veteran Tickets Foundation website, their membership privileges will be suspended indefinitely. It is understood that any violation of this stipulation will result in the immediate and indefinite suspension of the recipient's account.

EVENT ATTENDANCE

The recipient is expected to attend all events for which tickets are claimed. Upon receipt of tickets from the Veteran Tickets Foundation, the recipient's attendance at the corresponding event is required. In the event that the recipient is unable to attend a claimed event, the recipient shall utilize the "can't attend" button located next to the ticket request for relevant instructions.

REPORTING SPAM

The recipient shall not report electronic mail communications originating from the domain VetTix.org as spam. All communications from VetTix.org include an unsubscribe link, which the recipient is instructed to utilize should they no longer wish to receive such emails, rather than marking them as spam. The recipient retains the ability to modify their email notification preferences at any time by accessing the "My Preferences" page. The recipient acknowledges that classifying VetTix.org communications as spam compromises the Veteran Tickets Foundation's ability to communicate effectively with other veterans within its system. It is understood that any violation of this stipulation will result in a ninety-day suspension of the recipient's account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The recipient acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions as currently listed on the Veteran Tickets Foundation Terms of Use page located on the VetTix.org website.

PRIVACY POLICY

The recipient acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in the Veteran Tickets Foundation Privacy Policy, including the use of cookies, as detailed on the Veteran Tickets Foundation Privacy Policy page located on the VetTix.org website.

PATRON CODE OF CONDUCT

As a recipient of tickets through the Veteran Tickets Foundation, your conduct at events is a direct reflection of our community and the generosity of our donors and venue partners. To ensure positive experiences for all attendees and to uphold the integrity of the program, the following Patron Code of Conduct is strictly enforced:

Respectful Conduct: Members are expected to always conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or a nuisance will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension of membership privileges. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise, intoxication leading to inappropriate behavior, harassment of other patrons, and any actions that negatively impact the enjoyment of the event for others.

Compliance with Venue Regulations and Staff Instructions: Members must adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations established by the event venue. Furthermore, members shall comply promptly and respectfully with any instructions or requests given by venue personnel, including but not limited to security staff, ushers, event staff, food and beverage personnel, parking attendants, and any other individuals associated with the venue or performer. Failure to comply with such policies or instructions may result in removal from the event and suspension of Veteran Tickets Foundation membership.

Prohibition of Seat Jumping: Members are required to remain in their assigned seats for the duration of the event. Seat jumping, which includes occupying seats for which one does not hold a valid ticket, is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action, including membership suspension or termination.

Veteran Tickets Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for any violation of this Patron Code of Conduct. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all event attendees.

RECISSION OF MEMBERSHIP, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Veteran Tickets Foundation reserves the right to rescind membership privileges at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. The decision to rescind membership may be made without prior notice, investigation, or the solicitation of input from the member.
