Dear Austin Spurs G League Team, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving veterans the chance to be part of something so special. The experience you created was truly amazing and meant more than you may ever realize. Moments like these go beyond a game or an event they create memories, bring joy, and remind veterans that their service is seen, valued, and appreciated. The kindness, respect, and effort shown by your organization made everyone feel welcomed and honored. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity you provided and for the way the Austin Spurs continue to support and uplift the veteran community. Thank you so much Southwest Shakespeare Company, Vettix and the Nesbitt-Elliott Playhouse Mesa Art Center for this wonderful intense presentation of 1984. Artists Marshall Glass, Tahni DeLong, Phillip Beaupre, Kate Haas, Johnny Kalita, Serena Poggi and many others were all fantastic. This production showed the potential dark side of the human condition. Thanks again.
