Desert Ridge Improv
A brilliant blur of bold, bonkers brilliance, this improv show was a swift, silly, side-splitting spectacle. Performers pounced on prompts with playful precision, spinning spur-of-the-second stories that were clever, chaotic, and charming. Every scene sparked laughs, lunacy, and lovely surprise, proving this troupe’s fearless, fast-thinking flair. A madcap, memorable, magnificently messy night—pure, polished pandemonium from start to finish. Thank you for providing us with this wonderful experience!

City Winery
What a wonderful evening! Thanks so much to City Winery for donating tickets that allowed me and other veterans to attend Livingston Taylor’s “Home for the Holidays!” show in Boston on Saturday, December 27th. It was an amazing show! What a pleasure it was to have a former student of Livingston’s at Berklee, Chelsea Berry open for him (and join him later during his performance). Chelsea performed one of the most moving renditions of Dan Fogelberg’s “Same Old Lang Syne” I have ever heard, and her own songs were incredible as well! Livingston was fantastic! As a musician, singer, storyteller, historian, educator, and commentator, his performance was truly entertaining! He’s the complete package, and I am incredibly grateful to City Winery for making it possible for me to attend! Thanks so much! (Oh, and BTW, the Greek Farmer’s Salad and Apple Crisp were magnificent as well!)

Criss Angel’s MINDFREAK at Planet Hollywood was intense, mind-bending, and absolutely unforgettable. From the moment the show started, it pulled you in and never let go. The illusions were bold, dark, and visually stunning — the kind that make you sit there questioning reality long after the lights come back on. Criss Angel has a commanding presence on stage, blending raw showmanship with jaw-dropping magic and storytelling. Every act felt bigger than the last, pushing the limits of what you think is possible. The production, lighting, music, and pacing all worked together perfectly to create an experience that felt more like a rock concert and a psychological thriller than a traditional magic show. The crowd was fully locked in — gasping, cheering, and trying (and failing) to figure out how he pulled off what we just saw. It’s the kind of show that leaves you buzzing on the walk out, replaying moments in your head and still shaking it in disbelief. A huge thank-you to Caesars Entertainment / Bally’s, Harrah’s Entertainment / Flamingo / Planet Hollywood / Paris for making it possible to experience such an incredible show. MINDFREAK truly lives up to its name — bold, thrilling, and pure Vegas spectacle at its best.

X Country at Harrah’s was an absolute blast and one of the most entertaining shows in Vegas. From the first song, the energy was high, the talent was undeniable, and the whole show was just pure fun. It’s the perfect mix of great country music, incredible dancing, and nonstop crowd interaction that keeps you smiling the entire time. The performers were fantastic — amazing choreography, and personalities that really connected with the audience. They brought humor, confidence, and a whole lot of attitude to the stage, making every song feel exciting and fresh. You could tell they were having fun up there, and that energy carried straight into the crowd. The atmosphere at Harrah’s made it even better — intimate enough to feel close, but big enough to deliver that full Vegas show experience. It was upbeat, entertaining, and exactly what you hope for when you come to Las Vegas looking for a good time. A big thank-you to Stabile Productions Inc. for making this incredible show possible. X Country is a must-see — fun, high-energy, and unapologetically Vegas in the best way.

As a veteran, I want to personally thank the Texas Ballet Theater for their generosity and for the way they support veterans in the Dallas–Fort Worth community. Attending The Nutcracker at Bass Performance Hall was an unforgettable experience. The performance was absolutely outstanding. The choreography, dancers, costumes, sets, and props were all incredible. It was a true big-production experience from beginning to end, and every moment was impressive. The seats were phenomenal, far beyond what I expected, and they made the evening even more special. It’s something I will genuinely remember and appreciate. Thank you to Vet Tix for an amazing Christmas evening. I didn’t know what to expect when I headed to check out Arizona Biggest celebration with over 7 million lights. The best part about this place was the train ride as we went to different areas the scent changed. It was an overall immersion of all the senses. I felt like a child lost in the wonder of it all. I highly recommend checking this place out as you can decorate cookies or make some s'more while seeing the most beautiful lights. Even go watch a fun show and see Santa in the parade. Definitely a place to make great Christmas memories

Stages
Thanks, Stages, for giving me a memorable fun event to attend with my family. Having missed out on many holiday traditions and experiences, being able to attend an event on Christmas Eve with my daughter and granddaughter made me appreciate the sacrifices I have made and made me appreciate donors like you for giving back to make new fond and cherished moments. My granddaughter enjoyed the show, but it was my grown daughter's appreciation of the show and her recapitulation of the show that warmed my heart as she said how much she appreciated the show and will look at attending Stages again in the future. Thanks, and Merry Christmas! Matt and Family

Capital Power
Thank you, Vet Tix, Tianyu Lights Festival, Capital Power, Camelback Ranch, Dodgers and White Sox, and your spectacular staffs, techs, engineers, food servers, ticketing personnel, Police and Security, behind the scenes workers, and all others for creating such a splendid evening. This was my wife's and my and our friends' first visit to Tianyu Lights Festival. We just loved it! I had been wanting to attend this particular light show for quite some time. I am so glad tickets were offered! By the way, the temperature was great, although it did drizzle for about five minutes. The Tianyu Lights Festival website description, which is perfect, is as follows: "From October 24, 2025, to January 4, 2026, experience an enchanting night at the Tianyu Lights Festival in Phoenix! Wander through breathtaking luminous art installations and immerse yourself in Bugs Aglow, Color of Holidays, Rainforest, and Prehistoric Animals. Indulge in delicious foods and beverages at our Food Court, and complete your visit with a trip to the Marketplace, where you’ll find unique, handcrafted treasures." What a treat! The dirt path was a mile long, which took about an hour to navigate. It was lined with the most amazing, gorgeous light displays ever. Some of the animals moved and roared. What was cool was how the lights reflected off the lake in the center, especially the dragons. There were games for children as well. There were also baseballs and sports signs throughout the exhibit, as it was located at the Spring training field for the Dodgers and White Sox. Tianyu exceeded all of our expectations! Again, thank you, Tianyu Lights Festival, Capital Power, Camelback Ranch, Dodgers and White Sox, your stupendous teams, techs, engineers, food servers, ticketing personnel, Police and Security, behind the scenes workers, and all others for creating such an awesome experience. We, active duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, our families and friends, truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You rock! Sincerely, Chuck
