La Jolla Playhouse
Subject: A heartfelt thank you for an amazing night at Working Girl Dear Vet Tix and La Jolla Playhouse, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the generous tickets to see the performance of *Working Girl* last night, December 13, 2025, at the Mandel Weiss Theater at UCSD. The production was absolutely spectacular. It was incredible to see the 1988 classic reimagined with such energy. Cyndi Lauper’s music and lyrics were infectious and truly captured that vibrant '80s backdrop while still feeling fresh and contemporary. JoJo Levesque was phenomenal as Tess McGill; watching her portray that story of ambition and resilience in the corporate world was inspiring, and the focus on female friendship and sisterhood really resonated with me. It was a privilege to witness such a high-quality premiere. More importantly, I want to share how much this evening meant to me personally. Dealing with the day-to-day can sometimes take a toll on my mental health, and finding the motivation to simply get out of the house is often a challenge. receiving these tickets gave me the push I needed to step out, change my environment, and immerse myself in the joy of live theater. Being able to disconnect from my daily stressors and get lost in such an energetic and empowering story was incredibly therapeutic. It provided a much-needed mental reset and a sense of connection that I haven't felt in a while. Thank you for supporting veterans and for understanding that these experiences are about so much more than just entertainment—they are vital for our well-being. Sincerely, Melissa

Thank you to John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for helping make this event possible! The show was phenomenal and our amazing seats made it possible to enjoy every moment! Every facet was perfect from the snow to Santa Claus to the orchestra to the chorus - unbelievable talent! But the Maestro and Ms. Doolittle took it to the next level and made it an unforgettable magical evening with the stories and comments they shared that showed us a bit of their personalities!

Detroit Pistons
just got home from Little Caesars Arena with my grandson, and I still have the biggest smile on my face. Tonight was the Detroit Pistons vs. Atlanta Hawks game, but more importantly, it was the very first live sporting event I’ve ever been able to take him to—just the two of us. Because of your incredible generosity, we had amazing seats, cheered until we were hoarse, high-fived over every big play, and made memories that I know will stay with both of us for the rest of our lives.
