Current Hero's Wishes
I am requesting 2 concert tickets to the Megan Thee Stallion Hot Girl Summer Tour at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana for my sister and I. I am Active Duty Navy stationed in Sasebo, Japan. I have been stationed here in Japan for 2 years onboard the USS America a forward deployed ship. I have recently received LIMDU orders to ATGWP DET Sasebo, a shore duty command, pending bunionectomy corrective surgery for my feet. I have to opportunity to go home to Mississippi in June before my surgery to spend time with my family. While home in Waveland, Mississippi; I would love for my sister and I to attend the Megan Thee Stallion Hot Girl Summer Tour. I would be beyond greatful to be gifted front row tickets to this concert.

My name is Mike, and I am currently deployed in the Middle East with the US Army. This is my second 10 month deployment to the Middle East. I deployed once in 2021 and currently from my deployment in 2023 until my return. During my time at home I suffered a severe leg fracture on a parachute jump that put me on the sidelines for over a year. I would love to be able to take my family to Disney World, and go to the parks for my return, and for my twins 4th birthday. Because of my two deployments, and recovery from injury I have missed almost half of my twins lives. Being able to surprise them with 6 multi-day tickets to the parks would not only be a great birthday gift, but a wonderful welcome home. My wife and four kids have given up so much over the last three years, that being able to take them to all of the parks would help to show them how appreciated and loved they all are.

My name is Luis. This month I completed 10 years in the US Army Reserve and just returned from an overseas deployment (9 months) which came short notice as my orders were cut only 1 month prior to deployment. I missed all except one birthday and missed my anniversary as well. My wife is an amazing woman who helped our family successfully endure the impact of this last-minute deployment. She managed four boys and two active German Shepherds, so it was not an easy task for her! I am very grateful that we were able to make it through the challenges we experienced. That is why I would love to take my family to NYC to see "Harry Potter and The Cursed Child" on Broadway. My kids love music and Harry Potter and I know this will help inspire a greater appreciation for music and the arts. We would also take advantage of being in NYC to see the World Trade Center Memorial. Your kind consideration is greatly appreciated! We will be grateful for anything that may be provided. Thank you!

Hi! My name is Danny. I just got back home from a deployment to Kuwait, and like many others struggled with being away from my family and missing so much of what they were doing. I have a wife and three daughters who are 15, 12 and 9. Missing things like the holidays, them starting high school, middle school and a new elementary and all of their sporting events was not easy at all. My wife did an amazing job taking care of everything while I was gone, but now I am so glad to be home and a part of everything again. We don’t ever take actual family vacations because we really only travel for sports. So this summer while we are in Orlando for futsal, I would love to take my family to Universal. I would really love to get a universal military freedom pass for each of us so we can in and out of the two parks because we won’t be able to go and spend an entire day there. This would mean so much to me to be able to surprise my wife and girls with this one our trip, so that is why I am hoping to get 5 universal military freedom passes.

Hello! My name is David. I am currently on my 3rd career deployment and would like to be able to take my family to Universal Orlando for a day before we embark on our first family cruise. My daughter (7) is a huge Harry Potter fan and has talked about going to Universal since we PCSed to Ft. Stewart and are near Orlando. I should return from my deployment around May/June 2024, and we wish to go to Universal Orlando on December 15, 2024 before we leave for our cruise on the 16th. Looking at the ticket we would love a 1 day park-to-park ticket to be able to do Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, where the Harry Potter areas of the park are, as well as being able to take the Hogwarts Express. Thank you for the opportunity to enhance the family time I have and take my family on a trip.

Hello my name is Darlene Long. I am a Staff Sgt in the Air Force. I am currently deployed in Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. I have been here since October 2023 and will return home May 2024. I have three amazing children and I have missed every holiday with them since October. It’s also been very hard for them knowing that I am in a war zone and have had multiple attacks. Our favorite past time is to attend NY Yankees games. My wish is for 4 tickets on the first base line. That would be a dream come true for all of us. Thank you for your support.

My name is Clay. I am currently deployed to the Middle East and would love to take my family to Disney World. My daughters Eleanor (10) and Penelope (8) are in love with all things Disney and it would be epic to surprise them with a trip to Disney World in Florida when I get back from deployment. They have been so proud of their dad during this deployment and want to treat them for helping their mom around the house and keeping her spirits high. I love my family and hope that I can give them something special for keeping me motivated and taken care of the home front while I’m gone. Thank you for your consideration and no matter what, thank you for taking care of Soldiers all around the world! You are awesome!

Kimberley says:
To our generous donors - Henry, Marcie, Ulric in honor of Larry Conception, Brian, and Raul: Thank you so much for sending us to the Rose Bowl - the Granddaddy of Them All!! This was an incredible experience to cheer on our team the Utah Utes. My husband and I have been Utah football fans since we attended "the U" as undergrads. We spent many date nights attending home games. Utah Football remains a big part of our lives with our kids as we catch games on TV and attend the occasional game, though being stationed away from home makes that difficult. The Rose Bowl was likely one of the last games we will be able to go to due to our next set of orders and we are so grateful to be able to have those memories with our kids while they are still young. They had a blast, even in the rain! The parking was seamless and somehow there was no traffic in LA. The VIP tailgate passes gave us an opportunity to kick back, enjoy some good food and drinks while playing games with the kids and chatting it up with fellow fans. The seats at the game took our breath away - we had a perfect view of the field from around the 40 yard line, and of course in Utah territory where it was just like home. Having recently returned from deployment, family events become so much more important and meaningful. Reintegration can be challenging and experiences like these really bring our family together. Thank you again for your incredible donation for this once in a lifetime opportunity! We are forever grateful!!!

Thank you so much to Stage 3 Motorsports, Vet Tix and the other donors who made this possible. Seeing Michael Jackson ONE was awesome! Our kids LOVED the music, the acrobats, and the dancing. Seeing their faces light up with smiles and happiness the whole show was rewarding in itself! They even had a hologram of Michael towards the end, and it was a bittersweet realization that he really is gone and this was the closest thing we'd get to see him in concert. We're beyond blessed to have such amazing supporters of military like you guys. I'm forever grateful that I got to take my family somewhere as a thank you for their hard work and support during my deployment. Thank you guys so much!

My family and I had so much fun at Disneyland this past weekend I want to thank all those who donated and made this trip possible for my family and I! My mom had a blast with the kids and the kids all had so much fun! Thank you Hero's Wish foundation from the bottom of our hearts this trip could not have been possible without everyone who helped and donated! There are no words to even express my gratitude! Brandi says:
This was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. To be able to return home after a long ten months in Afghanistan and see the looks on their faces was amazing. We were able to share some much needed family time, as I am a single mom and they were in the care of my mother during my absence. I am at a loss for words to cover my gratitude to those who assisted in making this wish/dream come true. I truly do not know if we would have been able to have the same experience during this vacation if it were not for those donors who came to our aid/assistance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Vet Tix and their donors for gifting my family and I five days at Disneyland. Because of your generosity, I was able to reconnect with my family after an 8 month deployment at the "happiest place on earth." To see the smiles and enjoyment on my children's faces as we spent time together riding rides and experiencing the magic of Disney will never be forgotten. Thank you!
