Current Hero's Wishes
Hi, I'm Jeremy. I'm a psychologist in the Air Force and currently at Al Dhafra Air Base. Out here, I'm responsible for the psychological health of around 2000 Soldiers, Airmen, and Marines. I'm also fortunate to lead a team of expeditionary medics, who respond at all hours to medical emergencies. It's both a privilege and meaningful work. Even so, my family could use me at home, and when I finally get there, I'd like to make the reunion special. Your help will make it possible. It was nearly my worst fear. A month after deploying, my home flooded, and my family was displaced. I was and am unable to do much to support them, while the four of them live in a small hotel room awaiting the repairs to be done ...and me to come home. Right now, my children wouldn't even have books or teddy bears if I hadn't been able to send them after they were moved out of the house. I want to do something to surprise them -- something we couldn't do without *your* help. I'd like to get these kids to Disneyland.

My name is Bradley. I’ve served in the Army for 17 years now. I’ve been stationed in Germany and deployed on combat rotations twice. Just got back from a 10 month deployment to Poland in Oct of 24. I’m married to an amazing wife named Courtney and we have four children together. My family and I have been dreaming of the day to go to Disney World. Unfortunately we haven’t had the time or money so it’s been delayed again and again.

Hello, my name is Nick. I have always wanted to go to a Jelly Roll concert. Specially before I have to get my 3rd back fusion. I have never been to a concert and think it would be awesome to see Jelly Roll. Of course it would be amazing to do a meet and greet but I know that is a little much to ask. So just being able to go to the concert would be awesome. I recently had to have my T4-7 fused in my back and 4 months before that I had to have my neck fused. I have a hard time doing much of anything now and I cannot walk very far. Whenever I leave my house I have to either use a walker for short distances and a scooter for anything other than my doctor appointments. Being an infantryman that was injured, now 35 years old and I can’t even do dishes anymore. I have a two year old and my wife has to take care of me and my son. I’m afraid that with the next surgery they want to do will make things even more difficult for me to get out of the house. Again if it is possible I would love to go see a Jelly Roll concert please.

Hello all, My name is Josh. I’ve served in the Air Force for 15 years, with the last five years working as a Program Manager. I am married to my best friend for almost 16 years and we were blessed with four wonderful kids, two girls and two boys, ranging in age from 14 to seven. I am currently deployed to the Middle East while my family serves back home to keep the ship afloat, so to speak. This deployment has asked a lot of the five of them over the past several months and I wanted to express my gratitude to them for going above and beyond, especially my wife, who is the embodiment of servant leadership while I’ve been away. My wife loves to share experiences as a family, and my kids love superhero’s and Harry Potter, so it would be great to treat the four kids to a 3 day Universal Studios - Orlando trip. After being away from each other for so long - missing birthdays, holidays, and first days of high school - sharing this moment together as a family would be a much appreciated time of refocus and reinvigoration. Thank you for your consideration and for all that you do in support of the veterans!

Good Day, I pray that this humble request finds you well. I am asking for 4 Tickets with Fast passes and Park hopper to Universal Studios/Island of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. I am currently on a 6-month deployment to the Middle East that will require me to miss birthdays, dances, recitals, and karate events for my 2 girls and one boy, aged 12,11, and 9. I would like to be able to take them on this trip as an apology for missing these very important times in there lives while I'm serving the people of our great country, and use this to celebrate them and make memories to go along with the one's I will dearly miss. Thank you for taking the time to consider my request and have a blessed day.

Hi, I'm Tobias. I'm finishing up my 3rd deployment in as many years. My wife and daughter have been a great strength for me as I continually go overseas on deployments. It is always nice to come home and be with them until the next time I have to go again. My daughter is turning 7 this summer and I would like to take her on a magical vacation to Disneyland for the first time in her life. We would need 4 Disneyland tickets with lightning lane passes if possible. Between the 3 deployments and 3 extended TDYs since she was born, I've been away over half her life. She is awesome and I would love to treat her to memories she will cherish for a lifetime. Any help you could possibly provide would be amazing!

My name is Natalie I am 1LT in the Army. I have been away from my family since June 23, 2024. While deployed I would listen to Creed everyday in Centcom. My wish is to be able to see Creed at Pinnacle Bank Arena with my spouse on August 1st 2025.

Hi! My name is Jeff and I am currently on 13 month mobilization orders deployed to the Middle East. Proudly serving in the US Navy Reserve, this is my fourth overseas deployment in 6 years. I’d really like to surprise my family with a long overdue vacation. My wife and I are parents to a disabled, special needs adult child that gets super excited about anything Disney. We have always wanted to be able to plan a trip to take him to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. My wife is the real hero here as she has been home holding things down and taking care of our boy while I've been away. This particular deployment was made more challenging because of course, everything waits for me to leave to go wrong so she has faced home repairs and dealt with having to get the AC fixed in the heat of the Texas summer. Her car has been in for repairs as well. The sacrifices she makes every day in support of our family are not easy but she goes above and beyond to get it all done! I am so proud of her and wish so much to make her dream a realization and take our family on this vacation to make up for all the time I have missed through these deployments! I expect to return home by early May 2024 and would really appreciate any help in making this wish for four, 3-day park-hopper-plus tickets (with available disability services) come true! If it does, we would plan our trip between April and September 2025. Thank you for taking the time to read my wish!

Hello, we are the Harmon family. I'm Glenn, and I've been privileged to serve my country through three deployments. Now, I'm excited to start a new chapter and create unforgettable memories with my loved ones. During my last deployment, I missed several special milestones, including my triplets' 3rd birthday, my daughter's 11th birthday, my wife's birthday, and our 10th wedding anniversary. My wife has done an amazing job holding the house down, all while working full time and juggling many schedules. I'm looking forward to making up for lost time and taking my family on a magical adventure to Disneyland when I return home. Thank you for your support in getting our family of 6 to Disneyland with lightning lane passes!

My name is Adam and I am requesting a 3-Day VIP pass or a Boss Pass to Furnace Fest in Birmingham, Alabama, October 3 - 5. A large list of my favorite bands, some of which I listened to push me through my deployments, are getting back together and playing at this festival. I am requesting the upgraded passes to provide me with access to the less crowded areas, avoiding any anxiety or PTSD triggers

Martin Family says:
Our family is so very grateful to all of the donors who made this trip happen. Thank you to Jennifer, Colby, Tim, Karen, and especially Leslie and Thomas! This kids has such a fun time. We had heavy rain on Tuesday, which meant that instead of being one of the busiest days of the year, the Magic Kingdom was nearly empty (it was a warm rain and we were prepared with head-to-toe gore tex and a stroller cover). Our oldest daughter cannot stop talking about meeting Ariel, her favorite princess. Our son is a die hard Star Wars fan, and loved meeting the characters and riding on Star Tours. My wife and I are so happy that we were able to spend a few days at Disney World with our kids. The weather was warm and it was good to get away from the cold winter. Thank you to all the donors, and thank you Vet Tix! God bless everyone who made this possible, and God bless America!

Casey says:
To our Generous donors, Thank you so much for helping us in taking our family to Disney for a much needed vacation, and the ability to achieve a dream of ours in taking our children on a trip to Disney. Our family visited all of the parks, and also met some of our favorite Disney characters. We were able to attend a character breakfast where the kids were able to meet Eyeore, Piglett, Tigger, and Winnie the Pooh. They also met Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Russel from the movie “Up”. Their favorite rides were the Kilimanjaro Safari ride at Animal Kingdom, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Hollywood Studios, and Under the Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid at Magic Kingdom. We were also able to coordinate with my mother in law to watch the kids on two separate evenings, allowing for my wife and I to have a date night. We visited Magic Kingdom for dinner and Epcot, which is currently having their annual flower and garden festival. It was wonderful to be able to have some time as just husband and wife and focus on us outside of the normal craziness of life. Our family can not thank you enough for your generosity. Your gift allowed us to take a trip as a family where we could focus on each other, relax and have fun. All while creating memories we will remember forever. Thank you, SSG Casey Donovan

Kimberley says:
To our generous donors - Henry, Marcie, Ulric in honor of Larry Conception, Brian, and Raul: Thank you so much for sending us to the Rose Bowl - the Granddaddy of Them All!! This was an incredible experience to cheer on our team the Utah Utes. My husband and I have been Utah football fans since we attended "the U" as undergrads. We spent many date nights attending home games. Utah Football remains a big part of our lives with our kids as we catch games on TV and attend the occasional game, though being stationed away from home makes that difficult. The Rose Bowl was likely one of the last games we will be able to go to due to our next set of orders and we are so grateful to be able to have those memories with our kids while they are still young. They had a blast, even in the rain! The parking was seamless and somehow there was no traffic in LA. The VIP tailgate passes gave us an opportunity to kick back, enjoy some good food and drinks while playing games with the kids and chatting it up with fellow fans. The seats at the game took our breath away - we had a perfect view of the field from around the 40 yard line, and of course in Utah territory where it was just like home. Having recently returned from deployment, family events become so much more important and meaningful. Reintegration can be challenging and experiences like these really bring our family together. Thank you again for your incredible donation for this once in a lifetime opportunity! We are forever grateful!!!

Paul says:
Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to take my children to a Wiggles concert. It's something that they've always wanted to do. I was thrilled to have the chance to do this with them, because before I was injured I spent a lot of time away from home in the Army and now I spend a lot of time at school and at doctor's appointments. This was something they will never forget, they even got to meet some of the performers after the show. We had so much fun! You guys are the best! Thanks again for giving me and my kids a fun and memorable experience; it means the world to us!

Damien says:
A dream come true family vacation is the exact way I would describe our trip. Thank you Vet Tix and the Hero's Wish coordinators for all the work that goes into this amazing program and opportunity. As a service member who will hit 20 years of service this August I have nothing but gratitude for what the military has done for myself and the life my family and I are afforded. The time away from the family is truly the only hard part of serving and it was incredible to be gifted these lifelong memories. My kids, five and seven years old, had the time of their lives. Above all else, they were most excited to be at Disney World as a family. The memories will surely last a lifetime. My son and I have spent hours sword fighting (souvenirs he chose), my daughter and I made secret hand shakes while waiting for rides and my wife (who as a military spouse, the hardest job of all) was able to take off a few of her hats, unwind and relax while just being a mother. We enjoyed our time together so much and are forever grateful to have been given this experience. A special thank you to Madeline and Raymond, our angel donors, whose selflessly generous donations will never be forgotten. On behalf of my family, thank you!
