I want to thank Live Nation and the staff at PBA for the tickets to a wonderful concert. I would like a moment of your time to relate something. I did not bring my service animal because of the loud noise and I made a mistake when I asked for the tickets. I failed to request wheel chair access. The staff member who was guiding people in my section was very perceptive, When I tried to ask for help the crowd noise and stress of the moment started me into a panic attack. I think the lady saw my distress, She was not able to leave her location but she got another staff member to walk me to the ticket counter and then back to my seating area so I did not have to go alone, I was ready to leave rather than face trying to speak to another stranger. I am ashamed I failed to ask her name at the moment. She was working the 111 112 113 entrance to the seating area at 7 pm. I wish I could put your name here you made a difference. I last saw Hank Jr in 1994 so this was a much anticipated repeat, only made possible through the generosity of your donors. I was able to take a dear friend who is on a fixed income, and we both enjoyed it immensely.

Thank you to Live Nation and VetTix for 2 tickets to see Hank Williams, Jr. at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, NE. I went with my best friend, and we ran into some other friends there. It was the 1st time we had ever seen Hank, Jr. in concert, and the show was FANTASTIC! We had great seats with a great view of the stage as well. I had a rough week this week, and the concert was just what I needed. We are both so appreciative for the tickets. It was a great night!
