I want to thank Live Nation and the staff at PBA for the tickets to a wonderful concert. I would like a moment of your time to relate something. I did not bring my service animal because of the loud noise and I made a mistake when I asked for the tickets. I failed to request wheel chair access. The staff member who was guiding people in my section was very perceptive, When I tried to ask for help the crowd noise and stress of the moment started me into a panic attack. I think the lady saw my distress, She was not able to leave her location but she got another staff member to walk me to the ticket counter and then back to my seating area so I did not have to go alone, I was ready to leave rather than face trying to speak to another stranger. I am ashamed I failed to ask her name at the moment. She was working the 111 112 113 entrance to the seating area at 7 pm. I wish I could put your name here you made a difference. Leon. 2/43 ADA 1985
