This was our second visit to the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts. Earlier this year we saw The Little Mermaid which we loved as well. My daughter, who is nine and struggles to sit still through books at bedtime, was engulfed until the very end. Her only complaint was that the clapping was too loud; she has sensory overload at times. However, I found it very difficult to not applaud as the ballerinas floated around the stage so effortlessly. It was as if they had been dancing to the music their entire lives. The orchestra was exceptional as well. I had to close my eyes a couple times just to experience the music. We will definitely be back; hopefully for Cinderella!

From the moment, I saw the email of my lottery selection, until now. Here we are a day later and I’m still excited that I was able to attend. Not only was I able to attend, but I was able to take my sisters with me. Definitely a memory we won’t ever forget.
