Thank you San Diego Opera! I really enjoyed this performance and I appreciate your support of the military, especially disabled veterans. The performance was extraordinarily first-rate, as is VETTIX, one of the best managed veteran support organizations in the nation. While there are a lot of veteran support groups, many do not achieve the achievements of groups like VETTIX. The San Diego Opera just inspires me to want to give back. Maybe I'll volunteer as a "super" for one of these performances. Lastly, I humorously discovered that every time I applauded after an aria or scene, my Fitbit would turn on and glow!! Lol!! At first I thought it was my phone! So, fit-biters be aware that your Fitbit glows during active clapping... and there was a lot of applause during SD operas. Thank you for your support!!

Thank you so much for donating the tickets to the Opera. My wife and daughter also enjoyed the performance . We would never have been able to afford to see La Taviata if you had not donated tickets. The other women in the photo is our friend and the wife of a disabled Iraq War veteran. She really enjoyed the performance and had not had a night out away from the kids in a long time.

Wow! What a great time we had at the San Diego Civic Theatre attending the opera, "La Traviata" put on by the San Diego Opera company. We'd like to thank the gracious staff at the theater, and congratulate the cast and crew of the show for putting on an amazing event. The story was so engaging that we were mesmerized by the tremendous voices of the singers, including Corinne Winters as the tragic star 'Violetta.' The velvety-voiced, but booming baritone Stephen Powell was fantastic as well. The scenery and production were perfectly staged and directed by Marta Domingo, wife of Placido Domingo, and her talent and experience were on full display. The staff and volunteers of the Civic Theatre were the real stars, though, as they went out of their way to welcome and accommodate the audience, so please pass along my thanks to them! Thanks also to the Veterans Tickets Foundation for continuing to partner with wonderful venues like the San Diego Theatres Group to give us Vets a chance to experience these wonderful cultural events.

Thank you so much for these amazing tickets! I know from past experience that when I win these tickets that they are always really good seats, but last night's tickets were absolutely amazing!! We were in the 3rd row from the stage and we could see every single detail on the costumes and the way that the lights hit the leaves to make them look like they were moving, it was truly a mesmerizing experience!
