Thank you VetTix! We definitely appreciated the tickets and enjoyed half of the show..This was at the JPJ Arena, Charlottesvile, Va, (Jimmy Buffett "souvenir" kiosk). We had pre-paid, parking pass issues & contacted Ticketmaster regarding this;.They will contact the venue. I'll send a brief, contact report to you after this is resolved..Events don't always go as well as anticipated, There was no VetTix error or fault whatsoever! Kudos to you!
