This was my first event from VetTix. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Knoxville"s UT basketball arena is a must go to for these type of event in Middle Tennessee. From the parking attendance to the ushers, they were all friendly, courteous and professional. A wonderful line up of Brad Paisley, Dustin Lynch, Chase Bryant and Lindsay Ell . Second to the concert was what happened when we were trying to get a handicap spot for my scooter. I called ahead before asking for tickets. They said, first come first serve unless someone reserved a spot. I first looked to see if I could get to our reserved seats. No, it would be impossible with my back and knees. (recent surgeries) When stationed in Philadelphia, I use to get nose bleed tickets for baseball. Not from VetTix had GREAT seats. Never to be discouraged, we were at out 5th handicap location and the usher said they were reserved. As with the others I said "No worries, We'll find something" A man in a suit steps up asking if I could go a few steps, uncertain I said no because of the incline and no hand rail. The usher said I would want to walk those steps for the location. A door was unlocked and it was private Box Seating, 2 steps with a handrail. What a wonderful concert experience. Our seats were Sec 106, row 17 seats 13 & 14. but upgrade was a nice touch to the whole experience. Thank so much to the donor of these tickets. Hopefully our next concert I will be able to use a cane and walk the stairs.
