Thank you so much VetTix and the generous donors for the once in a lifetime opportunity of going to the Daytona 500! My sons, friend (a USMC Vet), and myself had an absolute blast at our first ever NASCAR race! I don't even know where to begin in describing our experience. From having absolutely amazing seats just a few sections from the Start / Finish line, to being able to venture out onto the track and into the midfield where we got to view the crews doing their final preparations for the race. We got to see NASCAR legends like Richard Petty (literally walked right next to us). We even got the opportunity to sign the Start / Finish line. The music and fans were great, and having the Thunderbird's pass directly over us making our teeth chatter from the jet noise was AMAZING! Again, the seats......WOW is all we can say. We were so close to the track that everytime the cars passed by us we could feel it. This gave us an opportunity to get hooked on a new sport, as my sons and I definitely want to go again! I just wish I was able to post more pictures to show the amazing view we had. Thank you again to VetTix and the donors that continue to give us all opportunities to have these experiences!
