I graduated High School in 1967 and didn't have the financial support needed to go to college so I enlisted in the United States Navy. On August 01,1968 I received orders for Danang, Vietnam. Not a combat Veteran, but I was lucky during a rocket attack in Camp Tien Sha and shot at taking galley workers back to their hooches at dusk. Other than those two instances, wasn't aware of any imminent danger during my tour. Just busy working thirteen to fourteen hour days. It was a whole different vibe being off base at dusk leading into darkness. I would like to extend a wholehearted thank you to the person(s) owning the four tickets given to me, my wife, my daughter and her boyfriend to watch the game in person, the Phoenix Suns hosting the Chicago Bulls. Being able to watch the Bulls play, with three of us being desert transplanted Chicagoans was a real treat. The seats were excellent and on the lower level. Also huge thanks to the Phoenix Suns and VetTix for arranging these four tickets to just fall in my lap.
