What a great twin bill! Thanks so much to Live Nation and Vet Tix for providing tickets to see these two talented bands in one evening of entertainment. I had some logistical issues getting to the venue because my ride backed out a few hours before gates opened. As it was, I took a train, then a bus and then walked over 40 minutes to get to the show. I was not disappointed, as both bands brought their "A games!" Also, luck was with me because a fellow vet recognized me from the Tim McGraw/Faith Hill concert last month, since she had borrowed my "THX, VET TIX!" sign that night. She and her friend gave me a ride to Midway Airport after the show so I could connect with the orange line. Vet Tix brings people together!
