Seeing Billy Bob Thornton & The Boxmasters at The National in Richmond was an unforgettable experience. The music was outstanding, and it was wonderful to spend an evening enjoying such a talented band. I also want to recognize The National for its exceptional wheelchair accessibility. As a wheelchair user, I truly appreciated how easy it was to enter the venue, navigate throughout the space, and enjoy the concert with an excellent view of the stage. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. That level of accessibility and customer service made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
