"If I had closed my eyes, I would have bet the farm it was Aerosmith backing up Steven, tonight." The Loving Mary band was spectacular as he sang all the great Standards from yesteryear. Like being in a time warp. Ol' boy still has it! The real eye opener was the country releases that he sang from his new album. Wait! This is country? Never, EVER, seen a banjo, bongo drums, or ukulele used as an integral part of rock and roll music. I've never heard this kind of country before! Holy cow! I could begin to develop a new liking to this. So excited to get to the venue, we left my "THANKS, VETTIX!" sign in the car. Maybe I'll just have that tattooed on my chest! Thanks, donors. We had the time of our life!
