The Rialto Theatre
Thank you, Vet Tix, The Rialto Theatre, Kenny G and his fantastic band, Security, managers, promoters, sponsors, coordinators, production designers, audio/visual/lighting/sound techs, stage hands, roadies, snack and beverage servers, ticketers, ushers, and your amazing staffs for an incredibly entertaining evening. It was my wife's and my eleventh visit to The Rialto, which is one of our favorite venues. We've taken our friends, Linda and Andy, a few times. We had excellent seats in Section Right Orchestra, Row O, Seats 7-10. The Rialto is a special venue. It's an old theater converted to a multi-purpose entertainment facility. When you walk into the lobby, you get the warm, familiar feeling of movie theaters from yesteryear, which evokes fond childhood memories. The seating and layout can be modified to accommodate various acts, activities, and set ups. The Rialto has nice liquor-snack bars, which is a huge plus. My wife and I have been following Kenny G since he went solo, in 1982, when we lived in California. We used to listen to him on KKSF Smooth Jazz 103.7 FM SF Bay Area. We never thought we'd get to see him live. His music is so unique, romantic, and classic. We absolutely loved the show and highly recommend it to everyone! It is one of the best concerts I have ever seen. The Internet describes the performance as follows: "Kenny G concert reviews are highly favorable, frequently praising his infectious energy, interactive showmanship, and undeniable stamina. Fans consistently highlight his unique opening where he walks through the audience, as well as his impressive technical ability to hold single notes for over two minutes. Audiences are consistently charmed by his down-to-earth demeanor, playful banter, and humorous stories. Many reviewers note that he stays late after shows to take photos and interact with fans who purchase merchandise. Critics frequently praise his supporting band, noting that Kenny G gives his individual musicians ample time in the spotlight to perform impressive solos, jugglery acts, and varied jazz and R&B covers." (AI Overview) It's all true! Not only did we witness and experience it, but I have the recordings to prove it! In fact, more people were recording this show than any other I've ever been. Again, thank you, Vet Tix, The Rialto Theatre, Kenny G and his terrific band, Security, managers, promoters, sponsors, coordinators, production designers, audio/visual/lighting/sound techs, stage hands, roadies, snack and beverage servers, ticketers, ushers, and your awesome crews, for a spectacular show! We, veterans, active duty military personnel, first responders, family, and friends truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our great nation! You rock! Sincerely, Chuck
