I would like to sincerely thank the donor for the opportunity to attend the NBA Rising Stars Game. After serving over 20 years in the Air Force, experiences like this are rare and truly unforgettable. Being able to sit in that atmosphere, feel the energy of the crowd, and watch the next generation of NBA talent live was something I never would have been able to do on my own. For a few hours I wasn’t focused on the stress of transition or daily responsibilities — I was just enjoying the moment, smiling, and making a great memory.
