Rage in the Cage
Thank you to Rage in the Cage for helping make this event possible! Thank you, Vet Tix, Rage in the Cage, Rage in The Ring - Muay Thai and Kickboxing, Sanctioned by U.S.M.T.A., Official Sponsor Titan Roofing, Weigh-ins at Cheers Tavern, Club Stratus, AZ MMA Founder Mr. Roland Sarria, MC Ryan Clock, Match Maker Ken Rose, event coordinators, sponsors, vendors, Flash Media Sports (PPV), Tickets at Eventbrite, Police, Security, door personnel, bartenders, coaches, fighters, referees, judges, time keepers, physicians, paramedics, Ring Girls (Janie and Marissa), A/V techs, photographers, your tremendous staffs, and anyone I missed, for such a fantastic evening of exciting fights! MC Ryan Clock opened the evening with a country redition of the National Anthem. Club Stratus is an incredible venue for such matches. Thirteen contests were scheduled (4 TKOs, 6 Unanimous Decisions), of which three were Championship/Title bouts (Light Welterweight-Split Decision; Welterweight- Unanimous Decision; Cruiserweight-Split Decision). Amateur fighters from Arizona, two of whom were children, were featured. Each winner was awarded a trophy. Trophies were also given for Knockout of the Night and Fighter of the Night. It is a restaurant, so Club Stratus, obviously, has a nice beverage bar and great seating. The drinks are reasonably priced and tasty. It was my ninth time attending rumbles there, more than any other place. In fact, we were there a few months ago. Tonight, we sat in the GA Section, about twenty-five feet directly across from the ring, with unobstructed visibility, which was awesome! We watched over 3 1/2 hours of butt-kicking fun. Again, thank you, Vet Tix, Rage in the Cage, Rage in The Ring - Muay Thai and Kickboxing, Sanctioned by U.S.M.T.A., Official Sponsor Titan Roofing, Weigh-ins at Cheers Tavern, Club Stratus, AZ MMA Founder Mr. Roland Sarria, MC Ryan Clock, Match Maker Ken Rose, event coordinators, sponsors, vendors, Flash Media Sports (PPV), Tickets at Eventbrite, Police, Security, door personnel, bartenders, coaches, fighters, referees, judges, time keepers, physicians, paramedics, Ring Girls (Janie and Marissa), A/V techs, photographers, your tremendous staffs, and anyone I missed, for a superb night of brawling. We, active military personnel, veterans, first responders, our families and friends, truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You are the best! Sincerely, Chuck
