Dear Vet Tix and Wolf Trap Foundation, Your generosity in donating tickets for Veterans to attend Lyle Lovett and his Large Band was deeply appreciated by me. This remarkable evening began with a wonderful performance by Asleep At The Wheel. They played some favorites of mine by the legendary Bob Wills and The Texas Playboys as well as many other terrific pieces! Then, Lyle Lovett came out with many famous musicians including drummer, Russ Kunkel, and bassist, Leland Skylar. They played an amazing set and kept the audience enraptured the rest of the evening!
