David has several combat-related issues (TBI, PTSD, & a list of other ailments) after several deployments. During an assessment, it was discovered that he also has Huntington's Disease, a progressive neuro-degenerative disease which affects cognition, behavior, and motor control. HD has no cure. Our lives revolve around his care, traveling to Denver for specialty care, and other appointments related to the combat issues. We can not thank you enough for providing the tickets to see the Deftones. It allowed us a few hours to disengage from his medical issues and have some FUN; something that is deficient in our lives. THANK YOU for supporting our family and our military community. You provided David, our son David Andrew, and myself time to relax & enjoy some great music!
