Last night, we attended church, where we had the privilege of transporting several children to and from the service. Afterward, we arrived at the concert during the brief intermission preceding Staind's performance—and they certainly did not disappoint! Despite the lingering weariness from a long day, my wife and I found the concert to be an experience well worth the few hours of sleep we sacrificed before our 5:00 AM start to prepare the children for school. We extend our sincere gratitude to Live Nation and Vet Tix for providing such opportunities to veterans and their families. Furthermore, I had the distinct pleasure of sharing the evening with a wonderful group of fellow veterans who were sitting in the Vet Tix area with us.
