When I was 7 my parents went through a rancid divorce. When I was 12 I testified against a man I previously looked at as another older brother and lost my mom and 2 siblings in the process. When I was 16 I was emancipated. While it certainly wasn’t all bad, I was many times a teenager filled with angst and anger that filtered itself into perfectionism, funny hair styles, and loud music. Tonight felt SO GOOD to step back into the lyrics and scream my face off with a crowd of misfits. I felt completely comfortable in my own presence, met 2 Veteran couples who also had VetTix, had compliments all night on the fit, and met a beautiful girl who knew every single word. AND SHE WAS SIX YEARS OLD 🤘🤩🤘🤩🤘 Most of the night was spent without a phone in my hand, but I did grab a few videos for the masses.
