I went to the Angels game on a donated ticket through VetTix — Section 503, Row R, Seat 25. That’s right, the very top. A steep staircase led me to my seat, and with helmet nachos in one hand and a chelada in the other, I climbed it on these shaky knees like I was tackling Everest. Honestly, I felt like I should’ve been issued rappelling gear for the descent. But once I got settled in, wow — what a view. I was on top of the world. Thank you, VetTix and your generous donors, for hooking us vets up with experiences like this. It’s more than a game — it’s a memory.
