Coca-Cola's Classic Christmas
This event did not run smoothly, there was a lot of discombobulation throughout this small area. The people working the event at the snow slide were having a lot of trouble. I can't believe you charge $6.00 for a bottle of Coke and a hot chocolate (each). We paid an additional $40 for the kids to ride the snow tubes 3 times and 15 minutes of ice skating because the Zamboni came out during our 30 minute slot. Price gauging at it's worst. One bright spot was a young lady by the name of Makayla at Customer services. She was trying to go out of her way to get us taken care of because when we paid for the activities, we didn't have an account created and couldn't sign waivers. You might want to have paper copies available (just in case). We weren't the only ones experiencing issues, there was a line of unhappy people. We were trying to stay in good spirits for our kids when we kept walking back and forth from customer service to the activities. We really thought the admission would cover activities because there wasn't a lot to do for what you charged people to just look at.
