I had the pleasure of seeing Midland live, with Wilder Blue as the opening act. I was excited to take my wife, coworker, and her sister with me. The energy was electric from start to finish, and each band brought a unique presence to the stage. Wilder Blue kicked things off with a vibrant set, and although I hadn’t heard them before, they won me over instantly. Their song "The Ghost of Lincoln" stood out with its haunting storytelling and powerful sound, setting the perfect mood for the night ahead. When Midland took the stage, they brought the house down. Hearing "Drinking Problem" live was a highlight; the crowd’s excitement was palpable, and the band’s performance was spot-on. Their blend of honky-tonk and modern country is even better live, and the connection they made with the audience was genuine and memorable. A big thank you to Live Nation for the tickets. Your generosity made this experience unforgettable, and we’re incredibly grateful for such a fantastic night out.
