Thank you, Vet Tix, Major League Baseball, Chase Field, Arizona Diamondbacks, San Francisco Giants, the Police, Security, vendors, and your great staffs for a fun evening. Chase Field is such an awesome stadium. We had fantastic seats in Section 306, Row 16 on the right side of the field. The roof was closed, but the atmosphere was pleasant. The wide variety of food and beverage vendors inside the stadium is a huge plus. My friends and I scarfed down on a footlong. Actually, one of my friends is like a garbage truck. He ate everything in sight. Chandler Police Officer Tyler Service sang the National Anthem incredibly beautiful. It was one of the best versions I have ever heard. A moment of silence was rendered on behalf of Phoenix Suns radio announcer Al McCoy who recently passed away. He was known for his catch phrase "Shazam!" Bobby Freeman played the organ throughout the game, and then he led the fans during the 7th Inning Stretch. DJ Booth repping Casamigo's Tequila kept those discs spinning and the lovely girls dancing. During the game, there were plenty of family activities and festivities, and people and groups were honored, such as Keys to Change (to combat homelessness), Hot Dog Derby (Mustard won), Whataburger Inning of Winning, a championship ring presentation, New Era Cap Shuffle, fan cams, Budweiser Cheers to Our Heros, Cox Legends Race (Mark Grace, Matt Williams, Randy Johnson, and Luis Gonzalez; Gracie won), Hondo T-shirt Toss, D-backs 50/50 Charity Raffle, etc. The D-Back's struck first by scoring one run at the bottom of first inning off two doubles, one more in the third, another in the seventh. However, the Giants' bats got and stayed hot. They ended up repeatedly scoring and winning 6-3. Oh, well! It was still a nice night out! Again, thank you, Vet Tix, Major League Baseball, Chase Field, Arizona Diamondbacks, San Francisco Giants, the Police, Security, vendors, promoters, coordinators, and your stupendous teams for bringing such joy to people. We, active military personnel, veterans, first responders, our families and friends, truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You are life savers! Sincerely, Chuck
