Thank you Bethel for the tickets. I am appreciative for the tickets, but I had a very bad experience. I drove 2 hours to get there and during the concert it got very cold for me. I tried to ge get my jacket from my car and was told I could not leave and return back in. I called the Ops manager and he also would not let me get my jacket. I explained it was my first time there and was not aware of the policy. I asked if he couldn't just give me this one dispensation because I was never here before? I also told him I was diabetic and he aked me if I was Ina diabetic emergency. I said no and I was cold. I was very agitated and yelling at this point. He refused to let get my jacket. I was forced to pay $80 for a sweatshirt that I really could not afford. I am very disappointed in the lack of empathy. At this point I will never come to another concert at your theater. If you wish to contact me about this incident, please email me stix0913@gmail.com. A veteran of the US armed forces should not be treated this way. Thank you for your consideration.
