On May 26 I visited the National's ballpark with my family for the first time to celebrate Memorial Day weekend and my son's birthday. While seated in section 104 the temperature became to hot for my two year old toddler, so we took shade in the rear of section 105. While trying to care for my child, I was repeatedly harassed by one of the employees named Anthony. Everyone time my toddler moved, touched, sat on, stood on anything, Anthony came to chastise me/him. Anthony showed no care or consideration for the situation. Eventually, I placed my son on my shoulders to avoid anymore of Anthony's comments. Anthony then came over to tell me, my son can't be on my shoulders. I asked where was this policy written, he immediately and aggressively responded, "YOU CAN TALK TO MY SUPERVISOR". This should not be the response of someone in a customer service position. Anthony left and returned with Mike Young, who mirrored the same demeanor and personality as Anthony. I began to explain to Mr. Young what had transpired between my family and Anthony. Mr. Young immediately responded, "I know that didn't happen" and I responded to him. "No, you do not know what happened because you were not here." I let Mr. Young know that Anthony should be fired for his actions and he responded, "That's not gonna happen." Mr. Young then said "You're taking it too far" and abruptly walked away. Ending the conversation before I received any assistance or clarification with the issues I was having with Anthony. This is not the way to treat any fan specifically, a combat veteran who was invited to your venue to celebrate Memorial Day weekend. Please let me know what can be done about this?
