Thank you, Vet Tix, Major League Baseball, Chase Field, Arizona Diamondbacks, Miami Marlins, the Police, Security, vendors, and your great staffs for a fun afternoon. Chase Field is such an awesome stadium. We had fantastic seats in Section 312 overlooking first base. The roof was closed, but the atmosphere was pleasant. The wide variety of food and beverage vendors inside the stadium is a huge plus, and the items are reasonably priced compared to many parks. The game was slow. It was a pitching duel. The bats were dead until the top of the 7th inning when the Marlins started hitting, a throwing error was charged against the D-backs shortstop, and their pitcher threw a wild ball. The Marlins scored three runs that inning and went on to win 3 to 1. During the game, there were plenty of family activities and festivities, and people and groups were honored, such as Fan Cams, Simba Cam, Casamigo's DJ Cam, Cold Stone Birthday Wishes, New Era Ball Pick, Hot Dog Derby (Mustard won), Talking Stick Resort Card Match, Budweiser Folds of Honor Scholarship, Cox Legends Race (Mark Grace, Matt Williams, Randy Johnson, and Luis Gonzalez; Johnson won), Steal Second Base, Kids Run the Bases, Wendy's T-Shirt Giveaway, and D-Backs 50/50 Charity Raffle. Again, thank you, Vet Tix, Major League Baseball, Chase Field, Arizona Diamondbacks, Miami Marlins, the Police, Security, vendors, promoters, coordinators, and your stupendous teams for bringing such joy to people. We, active military personnel, veterans, first responders, our families and friends, truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You rock! Sincerely, Chuck
