Dear Austin Symphony Orchestra, On behalf of VetTix and the military families you welcomed to your recent "From Prague with Love" performance, please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of tickets. Your concert was already a masterpiece, transporting us through the genius of Mozart, Dvořák, and others. However, it became even more special and memorable thanks to the breathtaking violin performance by Adele Anthony on her 1728 instrument. As she coaxed those hauntingly beautiful melodies from a violin crafted decades before American independence, it served as a powerful reminder of the enduring sacrifices made to protect our freedoms over the centuries. For the military families in attendance, your music provided a much-needed respite - a chance to come together, share an experience, and create lasting memories in the midst of the unique challenges they face. Your simple act of generosity showed your understanding of the sacrifices these brave men and women make by spending long periods away from their loved ones. Thank you for using your tremendous talents not just to entertain, but to uplift and honor those who serve our nation.
