The Thunderbirds and WM Phoenix Open
Thank you to The Thunderbirds and WM Phoenix Open for giving me and my retired Phoenix Firefighter husband the opportunity to attend this year’s Phoenix Open. We have never attended before and we thoroughly enjoyed the day despite the heavy rainfall on Thursday, February 8th. We would like to give a big thank you to the USO for providing the Patriot’s Outpost as well. It was in that tent that we found shelter from the storm. They also provided us with food and drinks while there. Golf resumed a short time later and we were able to watch from the 18th hole. It was a wonderful experience that we will always remember and we look forward to attending next year’s open through the generosity of the WM Phoenix Open, The Thunderbirds, The USO, and Vet Tix!!
