Getting out and experiencing life with PTSD has been a real struggle for me. With help from my mental healthcare team and with organizations like Vet Tix I was able to get out and see one of my all time Favorite bands last weekend. It was an absolute amazing experience I had seeing Metallica and I am so unbelievably appreciative and grateful to have gotten to experience the show. Opportunities like these really do help Veterans feel human again, despite mental and financial hurdles.
