I grew up in Fort Worth and happened to get stationed there during Desert Storm. After DS was over the Rangers showed their appreciation with free admission to any game for active duty members. My B-52 crew and I attended a game on May 1st 1991. Nolan Ryan was pitching and by the 6th inning we said to ourselves, "Hey, Ryan's got a no hitter going!" It ended up being his 7th and last. Bad part is we didn't have a ticket! Ever since I've struggled to convince people I was actually there. I recently moved back home after 40 years. Thanks to Vettix and the Texas Rangers my family was able to attend a Rangers game in celebration of my 39th wedding anniversary. It wasn't a no hitter, but it was great just being there. And it was $1 hot dog night. How cool was that! Thank you for providing the opportunity for me and my family to participate in America's favorite pastime. GO RANGERS!
