Gentili signori e signore di Cirque du Soleil, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had at the recent "Corteo" show at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The show was truly magical, and we were amazed by the Baroque circus acts, the performers dancing from the grand chandelier, the acrobatics on outsized beds, and the humorous clown descending from the sky held by balloons. We were particularly moved by the juxtaposition of the silly with the tragic, and the beauty of perfection with the appeal of imperfection, all of which conveyed the strength and vulnerability of the clown and the aspect of humanity that exists in each of us. The tickets you donated to us through Vettix made it possible for my family and me to attend this incredible performance, and we are deeply grateful for your generosity.
