As much as the tickets are always appreciated, this event was wrought with issues. We requested a handicap cart with wheelchair seating to drive us up to the gate we had to enter at 2:00. We stood there waiting until one finally showed up about 45 minutes later. 15 minutes before race start. Then we try to enter and go find our seats only to find out that our tickets were scanning as "invalid". We then had to go all the way back down to the ticket office to try to fix the issue. I left my dad in his wheelchair up at the the gate and went to the ticket office. It took nearly another hour to find out that my tickets were also issued in 3 other people's names and were not even issued in my name. They finally issued me new tickets in different seats. I had no ride back up the mountain to the gate as there were no more handicapped carts running and with my heart condition, had to walk slowly so I wouldn't trigger an arrhythmia. Finally got back and in the gate an hour after the race already started only to find other people were already in our seats. We found a nearby section that actually had seating and a wheelchair spot available and just sat there. I have never had such a horrible experience as we did this time. We missed nearly half the race because of my "invalid" tickets. The speedway blamed Vettix but I don't see how that's possible because I had to actually trade my Vettix tickets for different seating for wheelchair accommodation and to purchase additional kids tickets. I believe the whole issue was the speedway's fault when they reissued my tickets for the accessible seating. Extremely disappointed to have missed out on the whole start and first half of the race.
