Arizona Diamondbacks and Veteran Tickets Foundation Purchases
I sincerely wish to thank both Vettix and The Arizona Diamondbacks Organization for the two tickets to the D-backs "Home Opener" against the LA Dodgers. It was a very enjoyable evening beginning with the Jesse McGuire trumpet solo rendition of the Star Spangled Banner, to the Luke AFB F-35 4-ship flyover and the excited crowd that supported the D-back's team. As a former USAF Fighter Weapons System Officer in the F4 Phantom, It was very heart warming to see those jets fly over the "open" house on such a beautiful night. While it was disappointing that we could not cheer the D-backs on to victory on Saturday night despite some exciting rallies, they did go on to take the rest of the three games from our arch enemy over the Easter Weekend. We had never been to a "home opener" before and we truly enjoyed the excitement of the experience. We know we have the D-backs and Vettix to thank for this treasured experience. Thanks again for an evening of memories! Go D-backs!
