Thank you so much for the tickets to see jingle ball in Detroit last night. You have no idea how much this meant to us. My husband, who was also a veteran, committed suicide in April of this year and my kids and I have been struggling, especially with this being the first holiday season without him. Last night, because of your donation, I saw actual smiles on my kids faces. Not the fake smiles that they use in public, real smiles. For a few hours, it was like it used to be. They laughed, they danced, they screamed themselves hoarse for their favorite artists (AJR for my son and Tate McRae for my daughter). In those few hours, I realized that with time, we are going to be ok. I thought their joy was gone forever, but I saw a glimmer of that last night, so I know they haven't completely lost it. Thank you for helping to bring that back to them. I will be forever grateful.
