I want to thank the Texas Rangers ball club for donating the tickets for my wife and me to see the game. Both my wife and I are retired Air Force disabled veterans, and it was a wonderful afternoon for baseball. We were able to meet other Veterans and get them signed up for Vettix. Many veterans are disabled, and it is difficult getting to seats in the middle of the row. Although I don't use a wheelchair, I do sometimes use a cane and need to stretch out my artificial knee. We ended up spending most of the game in Vandergriff Plaza next to Nolan Ryan's statue, watching the game on the screen. However, it was a very enjoyable time. The only damper was the Rangers losing the game after they came back to tie it up and go to extra innings. GO RANGERS!!!
