Thank you so much for the tickets to Rod Stewart. If he's telling the truth, he and I have the same birthday of January 10th, 1945. I last saw him with the Faces at the Hollywood Bowl, in 1972. I got a ticket in the first row in back of the box seats. There was security at the bottom of each of the steps, to prevent rushing the stage. But at the sound of the first note of his set, a bagpiper walking down the aisle, I jumped off a wall and rushed the stage. I was being carried along by the crowd and ahead of me security was tossing people out of the Bowl. But a guy in one of the box seats said "Wanna come in here?" And so I had a very good seat. I didn't know her then but my wife was also there, and she went to an after-concert party and gave Rod a ring of hers. When he married Kelly Emberg in 1987, our son was in the children's choir that sang at the wedding. I asked him to get his mother's ring back! Anyway Friday night the seats were the best I've ever had at a big concert via VetTix. Thank you again. I LOVED the concert.
