Austin Symphony Orchestra
We wish to express our gratitude to the Austin Symphony Orchestra for their generous donation of tickets to this concert. We enjoyed hearing new(to us) music composed by Alfven - reading the composers visionary text in the program helped us visualize the scene while listening. The Ravel played by Ingrid Fliter is special to us as our own daughter had played the concerto with her university orchestra 19 years ago. It was a a wonderful concert overall and a blessing to hear our region's premier orchestra.
