Tickets were originally for my grandson but when he had emergency tonsils removal, I gave them to a first responder and have a family. His girls had a blast. I tried to give the tickets back but your website has NO helpful resources for a response (I didn't want the fee or my donation refunded just wanted a veteran to enjoy the tickets but I considered a first responder just as equal).
