A HUGE Thank You to Vet Tix and the NEW YORK YANKEES for the donated tickets! I brought my father with me to the game. He is a Veteran of the Korean War Era and he is visually impaired/legally blind. He is also a lifelong LOVER of baseball. The last time he was at The Stadium was in 1949. Full disclosure: he is a diehard Red Sox fan but, like I said, a lover of baseball. So when I offered him the opportunity to experience a game at the new Stadium he leapt at the chance. We both had a fantastic time and love the new digs. Even though he could not see everything perfectly, he basked in the multi-sensory experience which is "The Ballgame." I would like to add that we interacted with several Stadium staffers, every one of whom wore a warm smile and was very courteous, friendly, and professional. So thanks again to Vet Tix and the New York Yankees! Much appreciated!
