I was able to take 2 of my veteran friends and a civilian friend along with me for a much needed break and escape from like. My friend who's an Air Force veteran unfortunately just lost her twin brother who is a Marine in a hiking incident in North Carolina a few weeks ago and needed the break when she got back to town from planning his funeral.
