My name is Gigi Kail and I am a Gold Star Spouse. My husband COL Eric G. Kail died of cancer related to his service in Operation Desert Storm. Our son attended Texas A&M but Eric passed away in 2013 before Jake graduated in 2015. One of the things Eric loved almost more than me was football. Last night we felt him cheering along beside us. I want to thank the Houston Texans for donating tickets and making it possible for my son, daughter and me to attend the Texas Bowl last night. It was an experience we will never forget. Not only were the seats amazing but it was an incredible show of true Texas spirit as our Aggies defeated OSU! As a mom, one of my greatest joys is spending quality time with my kids, and this was an awesome time for us to yell, laugh and cheer together. Thank you so much for your generosity! P.S.
