I wouid like to thank the Houston Texans very much for providing tickets to the Texas Bowl. I come from a long line of Texas Aggies, so it was a great opportunity to see them in their bowl game. Unfortunately, after I had bid on and won the tickets but a few days before the game, my Dad was unexpectedly hospitalized. As a result, I was not able to attend the game. However, my wife, son, and grandson attended as we had planned. In addition,we were able to invite an acquaintance of my son's, who is also a veteran. In the photo he is wearing my Vettix knit cap. My wife is holding up one of the tickets to the game. This was a great thrill for my son and grandson (and wife), and it was the first bowl game ever for the veteran who attended in my stead. And the seats were fantastic--row G!! Thank you so much, Houston Texans!
