Live Nation
This was the strangest experience, it went from good to bad to great. When we got our seats, they were very nice. Unfortunately, some lady next to us decided to overindulge and got sick during the second opening act (Jon Pardi). The police had to have us move from our row so she could be removed and taken out to the medical tent and clean up the mess. The bad was it interrupted us enjoying Jon Pardi. And when I asked to be moved to comparable seats, the local Live Nation folks were not very receptive to this and said we could grab some seats anywhere as long as no one showed up with those seats. This was frustrating, and where the great came in. I used the Live Nation app to explain the situation and ask for comparable seats just so we knew we would not have to move. They sent someone to discuss with me, the lady was very apologetic and understanding. She upgraded us to amazing seats center section pretty close to the stage. This was unexpected and really appreciated. My kids and wife were over the moon, as was I. Jon Pardi and Dierks Bentley were awesome. Thank you for everything. I apologize for not having a pic this time. With all the moving around, I forgot my sign under my seat.
